Anquinett is amazing. She is helping a family member navigate the impact of trauma - and that family member has come a long way in a short time. She is using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy, which is proving to be perfect in this case. Thank you, Anquinett!

Such a loving caring understanding friend. She listens to every word down to each syllable you speak. I love Ann dearly and so proud to take a seat to discuss everything life has thrown at me. She will catch it and throw it back with a curve so that I can understand what to do next to make the best decision for my outcome. ❤️ 🙌🏽

My name is Ann. I have been apart of this community since 1995. I have been in the mental health field since 2009. I have a masters in clinical mental health. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA). I want to be able to provide a service that permits people to move forward with their lives.
As a team we will work towards you being able to identify the areas of your life that are holding you back. I provide an atmosphere that allows you comfort and safety. I assist clients with being able to articulate personal goals for mental health and/or substance use through  developing appropriate coping skills, managing life stresses and obtaining empowerment skills through self advocacy.
